When will my order ship?

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–14 business days

  • International: 14–31 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, local customs, or seasonal demand. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Where can I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support.nextgenbuys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support.nextgenbuys@gmail.com. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be modified or canceled.


I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support.nextgenbuys@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking details on our Track Your Order page. Still need help? Contact us at support.nextgenbuys@gmail.com and we’ll assist you right away.


Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
